A: Yes, send us details and a sketch of your requirements and we will quote you our best price.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Just 1pc
Q: How do I order?
A: 1. You can just send us your Purchase Order with your detail requirement.
2. If there is special design, please email us for price and order information without hesitation.
3. You can order online as well.
Q: How do I pay?
A: We prefer wire transfer. 50% down payment to start production, 50% balance before delivery or at sight of the B/L copy. The banking information will be included in our Proforma Invoice to you.
Q: How do you start the order?
A: We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation.
Q: Production time?
A: Our regular production time is 7 days for 1pc products, 30 days for a containers load, from the date of the order confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.
Q: Shipping?
A: We can arrange shipping for you both by air and by sea, we have our own forwarder with better shipping cost and service. The approximate transit time by air is 3 work days maximum and by sea 7-40 days.
